Gala & Auction Postponed
Thank you to everyone who has supported this year’s auction preparation by donating items, buying tickets and joining in the Coyote fun. Clearly COVID-19 has caused us to postpone the in-person event for a later time. We are also required by the District Parent Council to cease all online events at this time. Accordingly, we are recalibrating and making a plan to auction off these amazing items as soon as we are allowed.
Please note that all donations to the school for class baskets or other in-kind donations will continue to be held for a new event. We are working with donors to get extensions for deadlines to items that may be set to expire.
If you purchased tickets and have not yet filled out the survey to either donate your ticket price to the school, or receive a refund, you may use the following link to state your preference. New tickets will be sold for any newly planned event.
