The Auction and Gala is an adult only event including a silent auction, live auction and dancing. Our goal this year is to raise $20,000 to help the PTCO fund technology (iPads and doc cams), teacher grants, FOSS and support staff.
Our Auction Committee has been hard at work soliciting donations and we've got tons of great items for your bidding pleasure and look forward to seeing you there!

Time: Check in is from 5:30-6:30 pm, event ends at 11:00 pm
Location: Marriott at Park Meadows, 10345 Park Meadows Dr, Lone Tree
Cost: $45 per person for general admission ticket
Cost: $50 per person for reserved seating (includes one drink ticket &
limited edition auction gift)
This year we'll be serving a variety of passed hors-d'oeurves as well as two tapas stations. Dessert will be served at your table along with coffee/tea during the live auction.
Hotel Rooms: We've reserved a block of rooms for $99/night, rooms are only guaranteed through April 16th. After that date, rooms are subject to availability. Book your room for Coyote Hills Elementary Auction and Gala.
Volunteers: As always, we are in need of volunteers to help with the set-up, check-in and check-out. Most shifts are only a few hours, click here if you'd like to help.
